Urgent Hiring Delivery Associate in Carmel IN

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: $21.25 – $22.00 per hour (Pay raise after probationary period)

Shift: Day Shift (12 PM – 10 PM, 8–10 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities for Delivery Associate in Carmel:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle (no CDL required).
• Load, unload, and deliver packages to customers on assigned routes.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery updates.
• Work efficiently in various weather conditions.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Get in and out of the van and walk up/down stairs throughout the shift.
