Pay: $15.30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Move customer fleet vehicles from point A to point B according to company and customer requirements
• Drive cars within rental car lot premises
• Transport rental car returns to the car wash or "quick turn area" for cleaning and then return them to the customer site for re-renting
• Operate motor vehicles in accordance with company and customer policies and state motor vehicle laws
• Respond to dispatch directions for vehicle delivery
• Maintain strong customer service internally and externally
• Follow specific customer policies for vehicle rental preparation
• Meet productivity standards in assigned location
• Move out-of-service vehicles to an outside facility when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum hiring age requirement
• Valid state-issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
• Pass background check, drug screening, and driver safety skills test
• Open availability, strong work ethic, and dependability

Physical Demands:

• Constantly get in and out of various size cars up to 200 times throughout the day
• Walk areas exceeding 100 yards multiple times per day
• Frequently stand for long periods, bend/hunch over, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Consistently use hands, fingers, and arms to grasp, reach, carry, or lift
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Follow DMV restrictions for vehicle operation (e.g., wearing corrective lenses while driving)
