Delivery work in Ahmedabad: areas, vehicle and peak hours

Ahmedabad is spread wide, so delivery work is organised by zone: the western corridor from SG Highway through Prahlad Nagar, Satellite, Bodakdev and Vastrapur has the densest restaurant and dark-store cluster, while Maninagar, Naroda and the east carry more parcel and courier volume. Gandhinagar and the GIFT City stretch are covered from Chandkheda and Motera. Summers are harsh, so day shifts are shorter and evening demand is strong; Navratri and Uttarayan bring the busiest weeks of the year.

Busiest areas in Ahmedabad

  • SG Highway
  • Prahlad Nagar
  • Satellite
  • Bodakdev
  • Vastrapur
  • Navrangpura
  • Maninagar
  • Bopal
  • Chandkheda
  • Naroda

Vehicle that works in Ahmedabad

A two-wheeler is standard. Electric scooters are common because routes inside one zone are short and flat. Cycle slots exist at quick-commerce stores in Navrangpura, Satellite and Bopal.

Peak demand times

Dinner (7–11 pm) is the main food window; weekends and festival weeks lift grocery orders; parcel routes run through the day on the eastern side.
