Apply through the local dispatch centre or a staffing partner; onboarding is a document check, a short interview and app training at the centre. Most roles are full-time or fixed-shift. Delhivery and Ecom Express hire through local dispatch centres: document check, interview and app training, usually for full-time routes. Shadowfax signs partners up in its app with flexible or fixed slots. All need you to be 18 or older with a two-wheeler and licence, except hub sorting roles, which need neither. Send the form and we match you to the open centre nearest you. ### What documents do I need for a delivery job? Aadhaar, PAN, a bank account in your name, a smartphone and, for any motorised vehicle, a driving licence plus the vehicle RC and insurance. Most companies also want a passport-size photo, and ride-hailing adds a background check. Cycle and warehouse roles need no licence. Our form never asks for any of these; the company collects them at onboarding. ### Is it free to apply? Are there any charges? Yes, it is completely free. HireRider never charges applicants, and no company on this page charges for registration or interviews. The only money you may hand over is a refundable kit deposit some platforms ask for at onboarding; confirm it is refundable before paying. Anyone demanding a "joining fee" in our name or a company's name is a fraud. ## Open logistics and courier roles on HireRider Live listings on HireRider that match these categories.
